a 5 day / 4 night getaway to Belize. The getaway consists of:
4 nights stay at Coco Beach Resort in either a Pool View Villa or Casita.

2. ELIGIBILITY - This getaway is open only to legal residents of the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada, 21 years of age
or older as of date of entry. All federal, state and local rules and regulations apply. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
3. PRIZE - The prize is non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions are allowed. eMerge reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal value. All applicable taxes and expenses of the giveaway are the sole responsibility of the getaway winner. The getaway winner will be selected in a random drawing of all entries received between July, 10th 2012 - August 31st 2012. The winner will be notified via telephone or e-mail on September 1, 2012 after being chosen. eMerge reserves the right to select another winner after 5-business days should there be no response from the selected winner. The package must be used within 13-months of August 1, 2012. Travel / hotel dates are subject to availability.
4. DURATION OF GETAWAY - The getaway offer runs from July, 10th 2012 - August 31st 2012. All new "Total Market Dominator" accounts must be completed and processed by midnight CST on August 31st 2012.
Disclaimer: Stay is not valid during Peak Season (November 21-25, 2012 or December 20-January 3, 2013) and must be used within 13 months of being awarded. Room types allowed are Pool View Villas and Casitas, are subject to availability, and for single/double adult occupancy with a maximum of two children under the age 12 and sharing existing bedding. There will be a $25 per person per night additional charge for extra persons in the room. Please ensure all flight information is communicated to the Resort so we can schedule complimentary arrival/departures from the San Pedro airport to the Resort.
